Every time Fall season comes around in Texas, I can't help but to grow anxious, as it is a race against time and the elements in order to find and capture the most colors possible. I start checking foliage reports from West, Central, and East Texas, and depending on this, I plan my road trips. Weather is one of the most important factors in capturing stunning colors, as it is God's will, so before leaving, I say a little prayer telling Him that if He gives me lemons, I'll make the best lemonade! Having planned a 2 day road trip to Caddo Lake and the whole East Texas area, I checked the forecast and found out that the weather was not going to cooperate! You see, I like clouds in my sky shots, as they make the photograph much more dramatic and awesome. Of course a cold front was sweeping through the area and as soon as my days off came, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky! That's when I decided to look closer to home...
